JOB ALERT: Work From Home Data Entry Company HIRING TOMORROW

SigTrack is now hiring independent contractors. You are able to make your own schedule and work 24/7 from the comfort of your favorite place. This is a data entry job, and you will be inputting data from voter registration cards and petitions for different states. There is no interview. Instead, there is a Skype session where one of the SigTrack employees verifies that, you, the applicant are a United States citizen. This verification process is necessary because there are legal restrictions that pertain to who  is privy to accessing voter information. In reading other reviews about this company, SigTrack is a legitimate and well-respected gig. Further, some people claim that they have made up to $500 per week working with SigTrack. This particular project is predicted to last through April 2016. So, there is money to be made! Let me know how it goes.

JOB ALERT: Rent Surveyors WANTED IMMEDIATELY (work from home position)

In April of last year, I posted about a company called Yardi Matrix hiring temporary rent surveyors to work on a project from home. Well, they are hiring again right now! I personally received an email from Lynn, the senior real estate market analyst, telling me that the company is still hiring for the Winter 2016 that began last week. If you are interested in more information regarding this position, check out my previous article titled JOB ALERT: Rent Surveyors (work from home position) and also forward a resume to Lynn's email. Further, you can check out the job posting for yourself by clicking here.

How much will I get paid? $6 per hour PLUS 60 cents per "done" survey, 40 cents for surveys with wrong telephone numbers, 20 cents for partially completed surveys, and 10 cents per survey where no one answered or voice mail picked up the call. Further, if you make less than minimum wage under your state's law, then your pay will be altered to comply with your state's minimum wage laws. Update: If you complete 100 surveys or more each week beginning Weeks 2 through 6, you will receive an additional 15 cents for every "done" survey and an additional 5 cents for every partially done survey completed that week. This bonus is effective as of January 4, 2016 at the start of the Winter 2016 rent survey. *This bonus is not guaranteed for future surveys.

Start Your Own Boutique Business for FREE!

Have you ever wanted to sell the latest fashions to your friends and family because you know tons about style and the latest trends? If so, you could always start a business selling jewelry or makeup. Avon start-up cost is only $10. However, if you're on a budget right now then you can try being a sales representative for Kitsy Lane because it is absolutely FREE.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Kitsy Lane
You sign up through the link at the top. Check out my store, and then click on the link to start your own boutique. You will be able to design your store from top to bottom through the user-friendly webpage template Kitsy Lane gives you. You also get to pick every single item sold in your storefront, and you make the decisions of what items will be on sale each week in your boutique. Getting started is very simple and easy to do.

As a "Boutique Owner",  you can invite your friends, family, and social media network acquaintances to your store. If anyone buys an item from your store, you will receive up to 25% of the profits on the 15th of each month in the form of a check. You do not have to purchase inventory to add to your store, but it might be an awesome business move to purchase at least one item from the store so you can get a "feel" for the Kitsy Lane brands and also show off the very thing(s) you are trying to sell. You can also create social media accounts for your boutique or make business cards to market your store. As a heads up, the items offered as merchandise for your customers are NOT cheap. Most of the items have a price range between $20-$50 so choose your audience wisely. I suggest trying to boost your sell during major holidays like Mother's Day and during the months of November and December.

A little more information about this company
The creators of Kitsy Lane also own a popular spin-off of Kitsy Lane called Chelsea Row. Unlike Kitsy Lane, Chelsea Row is the first social commerce company to offer online video parties as a replacement for the traditional home party in direct sales. You can host parties to sell fashions directly through the web! Also unlike Kitsy Lane, Chelsea Row costs way more than Avon to start your business. The cheapest start-up kit for Chelsea Row is $175.

By the way, I am all about transparency. Here is a contact number I found for one of the people who has helped to build these two companies. Contact Lauren Nagel, SVP of Marketing Chelsea Row & Kitsy Lane at (617) 918-7155 if you have any questions I cannot answer or that are not already answered on the website. You can also email her by clicking this link.
